Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the
people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance. Psalm, Chapter 33, verse
12.
I am no authority on World History, but it seems
that predominately Christian countries have been fairly prosperous over time. It seems that when their citizens lose their
focus on God (the Father, Son and Holy Ghost), their country doesn’t fare as
well. Look at our country and the
lifestyle choices people are making.
Does it seem that people are losing their focus on God?
Because
this is an example of how I’ve applied this Bible passage to my life,
it doesn't necessarily reflect the whole meaning of the passage.
